Tonight’s the night! Game five of the WNBA finals
Jonquel Jones for the Connecticut Sun . . . Elena Delle Donne for the Washington Mystics.
The teams are tied 2-2. I like both teams, so I’ll be rooting for each.
Park Hyo-shin can SANGGGG.
Love me some Luther Vandross! Luther’s version of Superstar is classic, and imho Park Hyo-shin does Luther proud.
Here’s audio of Luther (courtesy of Stankfunkmusic74) singing Superstar live and riffing:
Coming soon, Warlock Ronin Bey:
Chinese Gargoyle Karnage Xian:
I didn’t forget about Vamps:
UPDATE – Family comes first, so I had to step away from writing in order to help out.
I hope to get back on track with book releases. My sincere apologies for the delay.
Here’s a blast from the past:
On the cover of Nino Ferrer’s 1974 album Nino and Radiah, beautiful American model/actress/singer Radiah Frye, (wiki bio is in French, view on Google to translate into English). A jazzy soul song from this album can heard here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1s0-tbR-nzs
Radiah Frye’s daughter is choreographer Mia Frye.
Kinda, sorta cover reveal:
The promo above is a mock up cover from my upcoming black witch series, though the title will be different.
Color me happy that the 2018 Grammy Awards nominated “Boo’d Up” in the categories of Song of the year and R&B song of the year. Honestly, Ella Mai should’ve been nominated in the best new artist category. The voters also recognized the talent of H.E.R. for album of the year, best new artist, best R&B album, song and performance. Another fave of mine, Maren Morris, is up for Record of the Year for “The Middle.”
Kendrick Lamar and Sza have also been nominated in the same category for “All the Stars” (from the movie Black Panther) along with Donald Glover’s “This is America.” It will be exciting to see which tune the voters choose.
More witchcraft and black magic gifs, featuring paranormals of color:
I enjoy creating character promos in-between writing and editing my ebooks:
They’re three very different witches with three very different paranormal males in their lives:
Lilith is an older witch in love with a younger vampire named Yuri:
Karnage is a Shíxiàng guǐ (Gargoyle in Chinese)
Chinese Royalty. Playboy. Fine as hell. Wealthy beyond measure. And he’s a Gargoyle. That’s Karnage, aka Dà túshā
I’m working on Ondine’s promos (in-between editing my other books). I’d done this earlier one for Lilith and Yuri:
The way I relax while writing and editing (after my nine to five job) is to do promos for my books. Lately I’ve been in a paranormal state of mind, that’s why most of them have been about my trio of witches and their love interests. Here are a few featuring Lilith and her vampire lover Yuri:
Instead of naming my new page on this site “creature feature” I’m going to call it Monsters and Lovers, since it highlights paranormal pairings. Here’s a larger version of the photo widget I created for it:
Witches need love too:
And also random acts of affection, like when Karnage decides to unzip Pagan’s dress:
His name is Karnage Xian, brother of cutie-pie Havoc Xian (from the previously released ebook RAZHER):
Karnage is also part of the Nightstalkers:
Lilith and Yuri, love at first “bite” (please excuse the pun, but I couldn’t resist 🙂
I’ll have a page up soon (titled CREATURE FEATURE) highlighting many of my erotic adult paranormal pairings:
Ageless and ancient, these ladies practice their own unique brand of black magic:

First up is my new cover for the ebook RAZHER, the tale of an African American/Maori she-wolf who teams with a Russian Vampire and Chinese Gargoyle, to take on the corrupt elders of their respective species.
“Awwww suky suky now,” Keenan sang, nodding towards the entrance. “Looks like Cleopatra Jones just joined the party.”
“Cleo who?” Joran could never figure out half the stuff coming out of Keenan’s mouth.
“Just turn around, man. A fine lookin’ sista just came in. She’s Lupita Nyong’o and Halle Berry rolled into one. Don’t tell me you haven’t met Mariah Hawthorne yet, ‘cause she’s the best thing about this damn Arias Industries take over.”
Joran was about to chug down more of his drink when his hand stopped in mid-air. It was like he’d been struck by lightning. The woman was of medium height, very curvy and wore a perfectly round Afro, as if she were a throwback from another decade. Somehow it worked for her, because coupled with her form fitting blouse and skirt, the 70s afro gave her an edginess that had all heads turning. The fact that she was positively beautiful probably had a little something to do with it.
Here’s the GIF promo for the ongoing serial FERAL: A House of Tigris novel. I’m going to move the promo GIF to the right sidebar and link the first chapter once that’s done.
Over the next few weeks I’m going to try to make it easier for readers to navigate around this site and to look up books that may be of interest. I’m separating New Adult from Young Adult, and trying to get things into more order, especially since I’ve got a lot more books to release.
I’ve finally gotten closer to a cover I like:
I won’t be able to publish Razher, Rise of the Gargoyles just yet. Since I didn’t make my deadline I’m releasing a free sneak peek while I work on some plot points in the book. A sequel always has more riding on it, and I want to get things right. I also need to finalize which cover to use, because I’ve created a number of them.
Murder. Betrayal. Fang envy. Even though the sequel to Razher has been pushed back until November, part two is on its way.
I’ll get a few excerpts up as soon as I can. There will also be an excerpt of the New Adult romantic suspense novella Before I Let Go up shortly:
Of course I went to see Breaking Dawn. And since most of the females in my family love paranormal romance, trying to find one where there’s diversity in the cast of characters can be frustrating. So here’s the latest member of our ebook family: A new heroine called RAZHER, based on a webcomic:
We hope to have an excerpt up shortly!
